Non- Diagnostic specific group training

The American Heart Association recommends 150 minutes of moderate exercise or 75 minutes of vigorous exercise per week to improve overall cardiovascular health. The National Institute for Mental Health supports these parameters for decreasing symptoms associated with many mental health diagnoses (Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, etc.) Our non-diagnostic specific group training classes are a great opportunity to supplement weekly groups or therapy while learning proper running form and weight lifting techniques. These groups are run by coaching staff only.

Youth fitness classes are broken down into age groups listed below and are facilitated by our coaching staff. Youth ages 5-10 enrolled in our fitness classes will focus on learning appropriate fitness form while also furthering their social skill development in a less structured class setting than our diagnostic-specific groups. Ages 11+ will benefit from the aforementioned and in addition will learn proper weight lifting techniques focused on form execution.
